Tom resides in his native town of Clarksburg, MA with Carol his wife and Julia his daughter. He received his A.S. degree in Graphic Arts Technology and has over 40 years of experience in the Graphic Arts and Printing Communications market. He has held key senior management positions with several large New England based companies and has solid experience in Business Development, Sales Management, Estimating and Budgeting, Project Management and Purchasing. Tom has been on the Board of Directors since July 2015. He volunteers at Berkshire Dance Theatre and enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with his family.


Thomas Jammalo

Meghan Labbee is the Company Manager for Visual and Performing Arts and has been Intern Coordinator at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) since May 2004.  For three years prior to taking this position, she served as the Assistant Box Office Manager at MASS MoCA.  Since 2001, she has been a proud and active alumnus of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA), from which she received a BA degree in the Fine & Performing Arts with a concentration in Arts Management and a double minor in Music and Business Management – Accounting. In 2009, Meghan became a graduate of the Berkshire Leadership Program (BLP) through the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce, and is now a senior member of BLP's Steering Committee. She has been a member of BDT's Board of Directors since April 2013, and has been the Board Minute Recorder since October 2013 and Secretary since February 2014.

Meghan Labbee

Carol lives in Hoosick, NY, her hometown, with her husband Joe and twins Collin & Faye. She received her B.S. in Nursing degree from Russell Sage College in 1989 and currently works as a part-time school nurse for the Hoosick Falls Central School District.Carol has been on the Board of Directors since September 2015. She also serves as Trustee and Secretary/Treasurer of the Hoosick Cemetery Association, Class Agent for Russell Sage College Alumnae Association, board member of the Whipstock Hill Preservation Society and a former member of the Southshire Community School board. Her daughter Faye is in her 7th year of dancing with Berkshire Dance Theatre.


Carol MacDonald

Terry resides in Adams with her husband of 38 years. They have three children, a daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. Terry has 30 years of banking experience; the last 21 years have been with Greylock Federal Credit Union, a Berkshire County credit union with offices in North, Central and South County. She has held various positions in teller operations and was most recently promoted to AVP Branch Administration of Cash Management. Terry has been the recipient of several “Service above Self” awards in recognition of her commitment to exceptional service. She has been an active volunteer in the North and Central County Community, serving as a member of BDT's Board of Directors since November 2011, holding the position of Vice President in 2015 and 2015.. Terry served as a Board Member of the Berkshire Management Association, a member of the Adams Agricultural Commission, Adams Agriculture Fair for the past 34 years, a Junior Achievement Teaching Volunteer and actively participates in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and Berkshire United Way events.

Terry Ziemba

Chaila grew up in Long Island NY and moved to Bennington, Vermont 13 years ago. She graduated from the University of Buffalo in 1998 with a degree in Business Management. While at the University of Buffalo, she minored in dance.  Chaila also earned her MBA from Dowling college. She is a P & C Underwriting Manager for State Farm Insurance Company and has worked there for almost 13 years.  She is also the PTO President at Molly Stark School and involved in the Bennington Community. Her two girl, Abigale and Sadie, have danced with BDT for several years, and Chaila has danced with Berkshire Dance Theatre now for seven years.

Chaila Sekora

Carrie is a native of Williamstown, a graduate of both Mt. Greylock and Williams College, and a former dancer herself. Her elder daughter, DJ, danced with BDT in High School; her younger daughter, Catherine, has been dancing with BDT for 10 years (as of 2016). Carrie works at Williams College as the Director of Commencement and Academic Events. She also chairs the Mt. Greylock Regional School Committee and serves on the Building Committee, which is working on a major renovation/rebuild for the District. In 2016, she was awarded the Scarborough-Salomon-Flynt Community Service Award by the town of Williamstown and is pleased to serve on the Berkshire Dance Theatre Board of Directors as part of her service to the community.

Carrie Greene

Kirsten is the Children's Librarian at the Milne Public Library in Williamstown, MA. She lives in Williamstown with her husband and daughter. She has a BA from Williams College and an MSLIS from Drexel University. She also serves on the Steering Committee for the Northern Berkshire Chorale. Her daughter Elena has been dancing at BDT since she was 3 years old. She joined the Board of Directors in 2019.

Berkshire Dance Theatre (BDT) is a non-profit organization devoted to the advancement of dance and other performing arts. BDT provides beginning, intermediate and advanced students the opportunity to improve their technical and artistic skills in dance and related arts, and fosters public awareness and interest in dance and other performing activities.
